I continue my posts with gadgets / tools that are training related. This time, I use only to clock 1 min between my sets at the gym. Recommended (if I remember correctly) is between 1-3 minutes rest between set'en, depending on load. I have chosen one minute to get higher explosiveness, lee thompson young and to catch a strength training workouts in about 45 minutes. Clock with stopwatch function (which, however, does not have a timer function) are available for purchase, also, at Clas Ohlson for 99kr. Excellent for those who do not have any other functions than time, date and timing. lee thompson young
